All sales are final. This final sales policy is consistent with the bridal industry standard. It ensures that you are buying a gown that has not been previously worn.  Despite all practical efforts on the part of a bridal gown seller, unscrupulous people will return dresses after they have been worn.   So make your selection carefully, and know that we can ensure your dress has not been previously worn or altered.  Please ask any questions before ordering.


How do I track my order?


All of our orders ship with a tracking number.  You will be emailed within one to two business days with your tracking number.

Orders under $149 ship to the Continental USA for $25

Do you provide International delivery?

Shipping Tips

  • Couriers may experience delays due to weather, holidays or other reasons, and you should allow ample time to ensure timely delivery.

  • Remember that alterations are usually required to achieve proper fit, so be sure to allow plenty of time to get your alterations completed.

Why do you only have one of most dresses?

We buy designer and wedding boutique overstock.  So a lot of the time they only have one or two available of a style.  This is one of the ways we are able to get gowns for you at such a low price.

Why is sizing so different than what I'm use to?


All designer gowns are made with more structure than our normal everyday clothing.  Most gowns will have boning in the bodice to help keep the top smooth and standing upright.  Most will have a crinoline (or slip) already built in the gown to help the bottom of the dress maintain its perfect shape.  With all the extra layers this adds to the inside of the gown, they tend to run smaller.  So -- if you are normally a size 12, you will probably be a size 14, if not a 16.  Pay close attention to your measurements.  Dresses can always be taken in, but rarely can they be let out.  See our How to Size page.


What if I order the wrong size?


We cannot be held responsible if you size yourself incorrectly. All the information needed to select your size appropriately is provided.  Each dress has the specific size chart needed for that specific dress included in the dress description, and detailed instructions on how to measure are provided.  See our How to Size page.  Typically, dresses still need alterations; rarely does a dress fit perfectly off the rack.
